For the purposes of the DPDP Act, MPro9 acts as the "Data Fiduciary," and for the purposes of GDPR (where applicable), MPro9 acts as the "Data Controller" of personal data collected through mpro9.com and in connection with our Services.

- Account credentials: username, password (stored in hashed/encrypted form), and account preferences when you register for an account or client portal.
- Communications: information you share via contact forms, email, chat, or during consultations, including project requirements and feedback.
- Payment and billing data: billing name and address, invoice details, and payment records. Card and bank details are processed by our third-party payment processors and are not stored in full on our servers.
2.2 Information Processed on Behalf of Clients
Where MPro9 builds or supports applications for clients in regulated or sensitive sectors, we may process personal data as a "Data Processor" on behalf of those clients, including:
- Real estate data: property listings, buyer/tenant enquiries, and transaction-related contact details.

- Such data is processed strictly under the instructions of, and pursuant to a data processing agreement with, the relevant client, who remains the Data Fiduciary/Controller for that data.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, and general location (city/region level).
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, and interaction patterns on our website.
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 8 (Cookies).

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing mpro9.com or engaging MPRO 9 Pvt Ltd for any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not place any order.
2. Services
MPRO 9 provides technology services including, but not limited to: software and AI application development, web development, robotics and automation, embedded systems, PCB design, 3D printing, AR/VR solutions, and explainer video production. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Client IP: All work product created specifically for a client and fully paid for shall, upon receipt of full payment, vest in the client as agreed in writing.
MPRO 9 IP: Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies, and know-how developed by MPRO 9 remain the exclusive property of MPRO 9. A non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in the deliverable is granted to the client.
Third-party components: Open-source libraries and licensed third-party components are governed by their respective licences, which will be disclosed in the deliverable documentation.
4. Payment Terms
- A minimum 50% advance is required before work commences, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The remaining balance is due within 14 days of project delivery or milestone acceptance, whichever is earlier.
- Invoices not settled within the due date attract simple interest at 1.5% per month.
- All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the project agreement specifies a foreign currency.
- Applicable GST will be charged at the rate in force at the time of invoicing.
5. Revisions and Change Requests
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project agreement. Requests beyond this scope are quoted and billed separately. Major scope changes that alter the deliverable significantly require a new agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation continues for 3 years after project completion, except for information that enters the public domain through no fault of the receiving party.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
MPR 9 warrants that deliverables will materially conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover defects arising from client modifications, third-party changes, or misuse.
The website and its content are provided "as is" for informational purposes. MPRO 9 makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the website.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPRO 9's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed and expenses incurred to the date of termination are payable by the client. Advance payments are non-refundable unless MPRO 9 is in material breach.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed exclusively by the laws of India. The courts of Mysuru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings.
